To get the most out of the workshop, I’d like you to start reflecting on your beliefs and perceptions of delegation in your organization by answering the questions below. I will only share this data in aggregate form (a summary of all responses together), and any identifying details will never be associated with your responses.
Workshop Guidelines:

2. To better engage with each other, please have your video camera on but your microphone off unless you are speaking.
3. This session is interactive, so you will be placed in a small discussion and activity group throughout the workshop.
